Xstrata Coal - May 2006

Oaky Creek Number 1 Mine and Oaky Creek North Mine have embraced Minvent Solutions Ventstop (fras ventilation stoppings). Since conducting comprehensive in-house training and competency based assessment sessions provided by Minvent Solutions, Oaky 1 and Oaky North have installed a number of units in strategic areas within the mine to provide and enhance the safety and ability to rapidly control ventilation related issues.
